A class designed especially for the aging human body (which includes all of us!) where we will explore the basic skills needed to maintain good posture, increase lung capacity, and prevent falls. Expect to practice yoga poses to return the spine to its neutral alignment, strengthen and stabilize the joints, and facilitate better balance.
All levels are welcome!
