Over 20% of the US population experiences chronic pain. This means that 1 in 5 of our family members, friends, neighbors and work colleagues live with pain that has persisted for at last six months.
We have brought together four of our most gifted instructors to bring complementary strategies to those who experience chronic, persistent pain. Mindfulness Meditation, Alexander Technique, Yoga and Tai Chi Chih all have shown in research studies to help participants manage their chronic pain and lead more optimal lives.
A health history and intake form must be completed for new students. You may submit those forms online or print them out to mail in.
A screening with Marina or Mari is a prerequisite for participation in either the Yoga or Mindful Movement classes. Participants may choose one class series or a combination of two or more. We will help guide you to the right starting point for you!

Thursdays, October 8- December 17 (no class 11/26; 12/24; 12/31), 1-2 pm
Starting April 7, 2020 we began to offer some of our programs online. Registration on the website is the same as for in-person classes. Upon registration, we will forward you a link which will allow you to access the class of your choice. If you have never taken a class with us, we do ask that you complete the online waiver prior to your first class.
$40 for 4 sessions
$80 for 8 sessions
$120 for 12 sessions
Purchased sessions can be used for any of the class options and must be used within 30 days.
