Have you tried meditation and struggled to keep it going? Perhaps you have the basics down, gained some momentum, and want to take your next step? If you have some experience with sitting meditation and want to discuss, practice, and connect deeper, then Meditation 2.0 is the class for you.
The goal of this course is to support your ongoing practice. Participants will be encouraged to understand their own intentions and commitments, as well as their frustrations and struggles. The focus of the course will be mindfulness and kindness meditation. However, we will also explore visualization and open awareness practices. Some previous experience with meditation is necessary. If you have taken any of our other meditation courses at LCRW, you’re already well on your way and this is a great way to continue your journey.
