EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) also called tapping, is a simple but powerful tool that anyone can learn and use to reduce and eliminate anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and other painful emotions. During this workshop you will learn the What, When, Where, How, and Why of Emotional Freedom Techniques. You will learn how to use EFT in your everyday life to create more calmness and relaxation, and increased focus and productivity in all areas of your life. Classes will include a teaching component as well as time to practice the technique and ask questions.
