Continuing Yoga with Harriet is a 1.5 hour class designed to practice yoga in a safe and encouraging environment. The physical postures (asana) are explored in a sequential manner and props are used to allow everyone access. Expect meditation and breath work as a part of each session. Some experience with yoga is helpful but not required. All levels are welcome.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Effective April 7, 2020 we will be begin to offer some of our yoga programs online. Online-only courses will continue until at least July 1, at which point we will reevaluate based on guidance from local and national authorities. Registration on the website is the same as for in-person classes. Upon registration, we will forward you a link which will allow you to access the class of your choice. If you have never taken a class with us, we do ask that you complete the online waiver prior to your first class.

Until July 1, course prices will be $80 for 8 sessions, $40 for 4 sessions, or $12 for drop-ins
