Let go of the Struggle through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Most of our time in life is spent in our minds. A famous philosopher said, “I think. Therefore I am.” In reality you are…therefore you think. The weight that we put on what our minds tells us is true, can cause great struggle in our lives. This course will help you develop tools and ways of being to drop the struggle with difficult emotions and thoughts that keep you stuck in unhelpful patterns and overwhelm.
Sign up for this course if you are looking to move forward on some goals you would like to accomplish; some feelings you would like to be more at ease with; or some thoughts that hold you back from living the valued meaningful life you seek. This course does require an intake interview to make sure it is appropriate for the change you are seeking. Mindfulness techniques, values clarification and journaling are the foundational tools you will be learning in this course.
