Courses Taught:
Yoga for Wellness
Meditation for Beginners
Meditation 2.0
Meditation and Mindfulness ½-Day Retreat

Glenn started practicing yoga and meditation in 1998 while he was an undergraduate at the University of Montana. He found that the practices unified the skills required for athletic training with his interest in understanding the techniques of inner-development. While at UM, he developed an interest in religion and psychology and completed his degree in 2003. After several years of personal practice, he was certified to teach yoga and meditation in 2005. Glenn has had the opportunity to teach in a variety of settings, including private and small group lessons, teacher trainings, classes for those with disabilities or physical challenges, and specially designed programs for professional sports teams.  Using methods designed to increase calm and develop flexibility, balance, and strength, Glenn has healed his own chronic pain as well as managing anxiety and depression. He knows, through experience, the benefits of doing these practices.  He also understands the challenges that stand in our way as we work to make meditation or yoga a part of our daily routine. Glenn enjoys working with beginners as well as those with more experience.  He's an easy-going person and looks forward to meeting you.
